The Libby Ross Foundation's Annual Gala 2006

Nearly 400 people joined The Libby Ross Foundation at our Annual Gala on November 2nd, 2006. The Gala featured delicious food from some of New York City's finest restaurants and caterers including Eleven Madison Park, Fish, Gramercy Tavern, J. Ford & Company, Landmarc, Brasserie, Peanut Butter & Co, Pigalle, Ruby Foo's, Sapa, Sonnier & Castle, Thalassa, Thai at Home, Josie Woods, Bake Me a Wish, CASUE Sweets, Cold Stone Creamery, Ivy Bakery, Sharon's Sorbet and others.

Attendees also enjoyed top shelf open bar provided by Corazon Tequila, Alize, Pernod Ricard, X-Rated Vodka, X-Rated Fusion Liqueur, Gekkeikan Haiku and Gekkeikan Zipang sake, Michael Collins Irish Whiskey, Rhum Clement, Cachaca Fazenda Mae De Ouro and IZZE Sparkling Juice.

Everyone danced the night away to music by The Legendary Chris Washington, and bid on fabulous prizes in our silent auction that included international vacations, cruises, entertainment and sports memorabilia, art, theater, jewelry,dinners at premier restaurants and much more.

The Libby Ross Foundation's Summer Event 2006

Nearly 250 people joined The Libby Ross Foundation to raise funds for the fight against breast cancer on Wednesday, July 26th, 2006. Redemption Bar on 2nd Avenue once again proved to be an ideal location for the event, and everyone stayed cool with the Foundation's signature drinks, designed specifically for the event.

The evening included passed hors d'oeuvres, open bar as well as a silent auction and sweepstakes featuring Yankees tickets, jewelry from Kitten Couture, a handbag from My Flat in London and much more.

The Summer Event raised more than $6,000 for the Foundation's breast cancer support programs.

The Libby Ross Foundation's Summer Event 2005

Over 200 people showed up to help The Libby Ross Foundation raise awareness for breast cancer while celebrating the hot days of summer on Wednesday, July 13th, 2005. Redemption Bar on 2nd Avenue proved to be an ideal location for the event, and everyone stayed cool with the Foundation's signature drinks, designed specifically for the event.

The first annual Summer Event raised nearly $4,000 for the Foundation's breast cancer support programs.

The Fifth Annual Gala

Held at one of the city's oldest and most respected social clubs, the Foundation's 5th Annual Libby Ross Gala at The Down Town Association set the precedent for charity events in New York City .

Wandering through the cavernous multi-level DTA, david burke & donatella, Justin's, Lyn's Café, Cold Stone Creamery and Maya's signature dishes dazzled the palate, as cocktail sponsors Wybrowa, Alize, Brooklyn Brewery and Corazon Tequila kept the patron's imbibed. Attendees danced into the night and bid on fabulous prizes from The Grand Havana Room, Zip Car, Michael C. Fina and Hotel Elysee.

A special thanks to Pfizer, Kimball Office,  Food Industry Lodge B'nai B'rith, Trammell Crow Company, Fortis Bank, Signature Construction, Graff Jewelers, and The Goldsmith Family for their assistance in helping us raise over $60,000 for the Yoga Program for Breast Cancer Survivors and The Libby Ross Foundation Pink Ribbon Kits.
