Looking back on what we have accomplished over the past seven years, The Libby Ross Foundation has demonstrated that every single one of us has the ability to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer. What began as a hope for a new way to support breast cancer patients and survivors, sponsor cutting edge research and promote early detection and awareness has grown into a nationally recognized organization that has offered aid to thousands of women and raised nearly one million dollars in the fight against breast cancer.

With help and support from corporate sponsors, individuals and amazing volunteers, we have touched many women directly through our programs, raised awareness about breast cancer and its devastating effects, and spread the word about the Foundation's efforts to help fight this disease.

The Foundation continues to receive support from many of our past partners such as Swarovski North America, Elini, essie cosmetics, Kimara Ahnert, OM yoga center, Tri-Coastal/Loop and It's About Eve whose dedication to the cause has enabled us to prosper in 2006. This year we have also formed new partnerships with several outstanding organizations such as Alexis Drake Jewelry, Core Pilates NYC, Ginny H by Ginny Hilfiger, Moon and Company, onegoodie.com and Ruby Love. We are certain that with their help in promoting The Libby Ross Foundation on a national level, we will continue our growth in the coming years.

The Libby Ross Foundation's Yoga Program for Survivors of Breast Cancer continues to expand, as we now offer free weekly classes, retreats and workshops. The Pink Ribbon Kit Program enhances the lives of those afflicted with breast cancer by showing patients comfort and support. The Foundation gives significant funding, earmarked towards early detection, to The Palmetto Health South Carolina Comprehensive Breast Center. With the Foundation's annual donations, the Breast Center has a dedicated screening room that provides equipment and staff to patients that will further the effort to detect the disease. In addition, the Foundation funds research with annual contributions dedicated to specific research projects.
