This page contains the schedule of the Foundation's upcoming fundraising events. The Foundation's success is dependant upon its fundraising events. Not only do we throw the best events in the city, but we use the money we raise to make a difference in the lives of women who are living with and surviving breast cancer. Our events help to promote awareness of breast cancer and our services to the community.

 The Libby Ross Foundation Presents

“A Weekend for Libby”

This October, the Foundation is holding a special day in Columbia, SC to honor breast cancer survivors and to fund the efforts to further educate the community of the effectiveness of early detection.

On October 19th, 2007 the Foundation will host a day of free Yoga classes for breast cancer survivors at ASMA Studios in Columbia. Later that evening, the Foundation is inviting the entire community to join us at the Bull Market Tavern in the Vista for a cocktail reception. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit The South Carolina Comprehensive Breast Center at Palmetto Health.

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Classes are free but space is limited. Registration deadline is October 12th.
