Youth Involvement
LRBCF and the senior class at Dalton School in NYC have teamed up to raise awareness of the disease in young women and the importance of early detection through the Dalton Think Pink Program. The Dalton Think Pink Program is a volunteer initiative created by the senior class at Dalton School to raise money for the fight against breast cancer through bake sales and T-shirt sales.
Proceeds go to support our Pink Ribbon Kit Program, which distributes unique comfort products and information to women recently diagnosed with cancer. The Foundation believes it is imperative for our young volunteers to foster compassion within their own communities and to see the direct results of their hard work.
