Registration begins at 8:30 AM
First Yoga class begins at 9:00 AM with each class lasting a total of 40 minutes.
The last Yoga class will begin at 4:00 PM
$15 Registration Fee to be paid at the beginning of your class-fee is good for an all day pass. In order to participate, all attendees must raise at least $20 per class or donate $20 to The Libby Ross Foundation per class.
Pledge to take one class or stay for the day! All proceeds to support free yoga classes for women cancer survivors.

2010 Fall Three Day Yoga Retreat

Wild Dunes Resort - Isle of Palms, SC
Join us for this unique healing opportunity that will include gentle and restorative yoga classes taught by Tari Prinster, Yoga Program Director and Principal LRF Yoga Teacher and Pamela Meriwether, LRF Yoga Program Teacher. We will also offer panel discussions with well informed and knowledgeable speakers as well as relaxation and pampering in a lovely nature filled oasis.
Retreat participants will travel to South Carolina to stay at Wild Dunes, which is located less than 30 minutes from the charm and grace of historic Charleston. The resort is nestled on the northern tip of Isle of Palms, a lush barrier island off the coast of South Carolina.
The entire Resort is connected with bike and walking paths and resort shuttles, making it possible to enjoy this paradise without ever getting behind the wheel of your car. Wild Dunes offers a year-round menu of award-winning golf, tennis, spa services and restaurant options serving a variety of Lowcountry dishes.
Participants are only responsible for cost of accommodations that have been arranged by the Foundation at Wild Dunes and individual travel costs. Meals are included and will be provided by Wild Dunes.
Space is limited and participation is reserved for the first 40 applicants. Registration is first come, first serve.
All applicants will be notified via e-mail if they are accepted for attendance no later than 5 business days after retreat application has been received by The Libby Ross Foundation.
Applications will become available August 5th, 2010.
Deadline for all applications will be October 15th, 2010.

2010 Spring Three Day Yoga Retreat

The Libby Ross Foundation and Swarovski North America held the Spring 2010 Three Day Yoga Retreat for Breast Cancer Survivors at the Asilomar Conference Grounds® in Monterey California on May 21st - May 23rd, 2010.
Asilomar is known as Monterey Peninsula's "Refuge by the Sea" is located on 107 acres of protected beachfront land, within the quaint and scenic town of Pacific Grove. Nestled along the shoreline of California's famed Monterey Peninsula, Asilomar is a serene ocean front retreat cradled by forests and white sand beaches.
Thirty-five amazing women's cancers survivors joined the Foundation for this unique healing opportunity that included gentle and restorative yoga classes taught by specially trained yoga instructors, a panel of knowledge presenters, as well as relaxation and pampering in a lovely nature filled oasis.
